GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (AGB)
1. Scope
These terms apply to all studio bookings at Viktoria Park Studios, Grossbeerenstraße 50, 10965 Berlin.
2. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment. Session hours are 11:00–20:00 (Europe/Berlin) per booked day.
3. Use of Studios
Rooms and equipment are handed over in functional condition. Guests must check the condition at the start of their session and report any pre-existing defects without delay; absent such notice, the room is deemed to have been received in proper condition. Guests must treat rooms and equipment with care. Equipment may not be removed from the room. Subletting or transferring the booking to third parties is not permitted.
4. Prohibited Uses
Smoking, open flames, and food or drinks at the equipment/consoles are not permitted.
5. Liability
Viktoria Park Studios is not liable for loss of personal equipment left on the premises.
6. Liability for Damage
The guest is liable for damage to rooms and equipment caused by them or their accompanying persons/guests, and shall reimburse the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.
